Vendor Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your participation as a professional (vendor) on the InstaFix platform. By registering, you agree to these terms.

1Independent Contractor Status
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of InstaFix. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, tools, and compliance with applicable laws. InstaFix does not provide employment benefits, provident fund, or ESI contributions.
2Eligibility to Register
To register as an InstaFix professional, you must:
- •Be at least 18 years of age.
- •Hold a valid Aadhaar card for identity verification.
- •Have demonstrable skills in your chosen service category.
- •Pass InstaFix's background screening process.
- •Own or have access to the tools required for your service.
- •Not have been previously deactivated from InstaFix for policy violations.
3Platform Commission & Earnings
- •InstaFix charges a platform commission of 25% on each completed job.
- •You receive 75% of the booking value directly to your registered bank account.
- •Payouts are processed within T+2 business days after job completion.
- •Commission on your first 5 jobs is waived as part of the new professional onboarding offer.
- •Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
4Job Acceptance & Conduct
- •You must respond to job alerts within 5 minutes — unacknowledged jobs are auto-reassigned.
- •Accept only jobs you are genuinely available and qualified to complete.
- •Arrive at the customer location within the scheduled time window.
- •Always carry your InstaFix professional ID when on a job.
- •Provide transparent pricing to customers before commencing work.
- •Do not solicit direct bookings from InstaFix customers outside the platform.
- •Maintain professional conduct — no harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behaviour.
5Service Quality & Warranty
All work must be completed to a professional standard. InstaFix enforces a 30-day service warranty on all jobs. If a customer raises a valid quality complaint within 30 days, you are required to revisit and rectify the issue at no additional charge. Repeated quality failures may result in account suspension.
6Ratings & Performance
- •Customers rate you after every job on a 1–5 star scale.
- •Professionals with ratings below 3.5 stars over 20+ jobs may be deactivated.
- •InstaFix may boost job visibility for professionals with ratings above 4.5.
- •You can respond to reviews through the InstaFix professional app.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following will result in immediate account deactivation:
- •Fraud, misrepresentation, or false claims about qualifications.
- •Theft, damage to customer property, or misconduct at a customer's home.
- •Sharing customer contact details with third parties.
- •Charging customers amounts not agreed upon before work began.
- •Accepting payment outside the InstaFix platform to avoid commission.
- •Abusive or threatening behaviour toward customers or InstaFix staff.
8Account Suspension & Deactivation
InstaFix may suspend or deactivate your account for:
- •Repeated cancellations or no-shows (more than 3 in a 30-day period).
- •Sustained low customer ratings.
- •Violation of any terms in this agreement.
- •Inactivity for more than 90 consecutive days.
You may appeal a suspension by emailing support@instafix.in within 7 days of deactivation.
9Data & Privacy
InstaFix collects your name, phone, Aadhaar reference, bank details, and service history. This data is used solely for platform operations, payouts, and compliance. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing or legal obligations. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
10Governing Law
These vendor terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. InstaFix encourages resolution through direct communication before legal action.
11Changes to Vendor Terms
InstaFix may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after receiving notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Notice will be provided via WhatsApp or SMS to your registered number at least 14 days before changes take effect.
