Refund Policy

We want every InstaFix experience to be excellent. If something goes wrong, here's exactly how refunds work.

1Consultation Fee (₹99)

The ₹99 consultation/visit fee is:

  • Refundable if InstaFix cancels your booking due to non-availability of professionals.
  • Refundable if the professional does not arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled time and you choose to cancel.
  • Non-refundable once the professional has arrived at your location, regardless of whether service work proceeds.

2Service Charges

  • No refund once service work has commenced and been completed as quoted.
  • Full refund if a professional quotes a price significantly higher than the estimate without prior notice and you decline.
  • Partial refund if only part of the quoted work is completed due to professional fault.
  • No refund for work completed to specification — disputes about quality are handled under our 30-day warranty.

330-Day Warranty Revisits

If the same issue recurs within 30 days of service completion due to professional error, InstaFix will arrange a free revisit. This is a service remedy, not a refund. If the revisit does not resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be considered at InstaFix's discretion.

5How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email support@instafix.in with your booking ID and reason.
  • Or call 9980806696 — our team is available 9 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6Payment Gateway Refunds

Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment instrument (UPI, card, or wallet). Razorpay's standard settlement timeline applies: 5–7 business days for cards, 1–3 days for UPI. InstaFix is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
