These terms govern your use of the InstaFix platform, website, and services. By booking a service or using instafix.in, you agree to these terms.

1About InstaFix
InstaFix is a home services marketplace operated in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We connect customers with verified independent service professionals (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and painters). InstaFix acts as an intermediary platform and is not the direct provider of services.
2Eligibility
By using InstaFix, you confirm that:
- •You are at least 18 years of age.
- •You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
- •All information you provide is accurate and current.
- •You are booking services for lawful residential or commercial purposes.
3Booking & Service
When you place a booking:
- •A ₹99 consultation/visit fee applies to all bookings.
- •Service charges are quoted transparently by the professional before work begins.
- •InstaFix reserves the right to reassign professionals due to availability.
- •Estimated arrival times are indicative and may vary due to traffic or prior job overruns.
- •InstaFix does not guarantee specific results for service outcomes.
4Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed are indicative. Final pricing is determined after on-site inspection by the professional. You agree to pay the quoted amount after approving the work. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. InstaFix does not store card or banking details.
5Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy pages for full details. In summary:
- •Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
- •Cancellations after a professional has been assigned may incur a ₹99 cancellation fee.
- •No refund once service work has commenced.
- •Refund requests for incomplete work are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6Service Warranty
All InstaFix services come with a 30-day warranty from the date of service completion. If the same issue recurs within 30 days due to professional error, InstaFix will arrange a revisit at no additional charge. The warranty does not cover new problems, customer-caused damage, or issues arising from material failure outside the professional's control.
7User Responsibilities
- •Provide accurate address, contact, and service details.
- •Ensure a safe working environment for the professional.
- •Be present or designate an adult representative during service.
- •Review and approve the scope of work and estimate before the professional begins.
- •Do not attempt to directly hire or contact InstaFix professionals outside the platform.
8Professional Conduct
InstaFix professionals are independent contractors, not InstaFix employees. While we verify and background-check all professionals, InstaFix is not liable for the actions, conduct, or work quality of professionals beyond the scope of our warranty policy.
9Intellectual Property
All content on instafix.in — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of InstaFix and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
10Limitation of Liability
InstaFix's liability in any event is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of property, revenue, or data.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
12Changes to Terms
InstaFix reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or SMS.
