Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling an InstaFix booking.

1Free Cancellation Window
You may cancel any booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time. No questions asked, full refund processed automatically.
2Late Cancellation (Within 2 Hours)
If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled time:
- •A ₹99 cancellation fee applies to cover the professional's travel and reserved slot.
- •Any remaining amount paid (above ₹99) will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
- •Repeated late cancellations may result in temporary booking restrictions on your account.
3Cancellation After Professional Arrives
If you cancel after the professional has arrived at your location:
- •The ₹99 consultation/visit fee is non-refundable.
- •If any preparatory work has begun, additional charges may apply at the professional's discretion.
- •No further service charges will apply if work has not commenced.
4Cancellation After Work Begins
Once service work has commenced, cancellation is not possible. If you are dissatisfied with ongoing work, please stop the professional and contact InstaFix support immediately at 9980806696. We will mediate and find a resolution.
5Cancellation by InstaFix
InstaFix may cancel a booking in the following situations:
- •No verified professional is available in your area for the requested time slot.
- •Incorrect or unserviceable address provided.
- •The service requested is outside our current scope.
- •Suspected fraud or policy violation.
In all cases of InstaFix-initiated cancellations, a full refund is processed automatically within 5–7 business days.
