We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with:

• •Assigned professionals — your name, address, and phone (masked) for service delivery
• •Cashfree — for secure payment processing (governed by Cashfree's privacy policy)
• •Exotel — for call masking and SMS delivery (your real number is never shared with professionals)
• •Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity — anonymised usage data for platform improvement
• •Supabase — our backend database provider, operating under EU-standard data protection

When a professional calls you through InstaFix, your real phone number is masked via Exotel's call masking service. The professional sees only a virtual number. Your actual mobile number is never shared with any professional.

• •Booking data is retained for 3 years for warranty and dispute resolution purposes.
• •Account data is retained until you request deletion.
• •Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
• •Analytics data (Google Analytics) is retained for 14 months.

You have the right to:
